The client is completly agreed that credit
cart will be charged for the full amount of the reservations. Should
the tour/hotel chosen by the client have no vacancies for the required
room type and dates, the client accepts that hotelsturkeyonline.com
find another hotel with similar features to meet the reservation.
Hotelsturkeyonline.com will confirm the reservation by sending via
email or fax a voucher. The voucher features the name of the tour/hotel,
dates of booking, tour/room rate and total reservation amount. All
prices mentioned in this web site are in EURO per person in a double
room basis. You may cancel or change your reservation, If you do
not cancel or change your reservation before the hotelsturkeyonline.com
cancellation policy period you will be charged the cancellation
or change fee stated in this agreement. You will be completely responsible
for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out
of the use of this website. |

| REFUNDS |

| CANCELLATION FEES FOR HOTELS |
Once a booking has been confirmed by hotelsturkeyonline,
it is considered a firm booking. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 7 days : No Charge
- 7 days to 3 days (72 hours) : 10 EUR
- 3 days to 1 days (24 hours) : 1 night charge
- less than 24 hours : Full charge |

| Number of days prior to departure cancellations charges
apply as follows:
- More than 45 days : 100 EUR
- 45 days to 10 days : 200 EUR
- Less than 10 days : No Refund

| REVISION FEES FOR HOTELS |
| Cancellation Policy, Bookings are subject to a 10 EUR
fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If cancellation occurs within the
Cancellation Policy period, a one-night charge will be assessed. |

| REVISION FEES FOR TOURS |
| Number of days prior to departure cancellations charges
apply as follows:
- More than 45 days : 25 EUR
- 45 days to 10 days : 150 EUR
- Less than 10 days : No Revision |

| INSURANCE |
| Hotelsturkeyonline.com can not be responsible or liable
for loss, damage, accident, illness and injury or theft of personel
belongings. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip insurance covered
